Buy your groceries according to a shopping list

A shopping list prevents unplanned purchases and keep your impulsive buys in check!

WHY MEAL PLANNING?

In 2021, Singapore generated around 817 million kg of food waste.

That's equivalent to 56,000 double-decker buses

Food waste is one of the biggest waste streams in Singapore, making up 1/2 of the average 1.5kg of waste disposed of by each household daily

When food is wasted, more food has to be sourced to meet the demand. This is even more pressurising on Singapore as a small city-state with limited resources.

Food waste is thus an alarming issue for Singapore's food security due to our need to import over 90% of our food supply.

When food goes to the landfills, it rots and produces methane — a greenhouse gas 80 times the warming power of carbon dioxide.

With food waste's impact on climate change, it creates a multiplier effect that threatens our food safety and production.
